Lucy L. Herlocker

Born in Lawrence, KS, Lucy was admitted to the Kansas bar in 1986. She received a B.A. From the University of Kansas in 1983. She received her legal education from the University of Kansas school of law, graduating with a J.D. in 1986. Lucy also served on the KU School of Law board of governors from 2006-08, and is currently serving on the Kansas Bar Association board of governors. She is a member of the Cowley County Bar Association, and served as president of the association from 2007-09. She is also a member of the Wichita Bar Association. Lucy has been serving as the Winfield Municipal Court Judge since 2023.

Laura E. Riggs-Johnson

Born in Winfield, KS, Laura was admitted to the Kansas bar in 2019. She received a B.S. from Kansas State University in 2007 and a B.A. from Wichita State University in 2016. She received her legal education from Washburn University School of Law, graduating with a J.D. in 2019. She is a member of the Kansas Bar Association and the Cowley County Bar Association.
